Robert Copsey, the grandfather of Tim, the current owner, started growing flowers in the Portsmouth area in 1905, when he purchased 17 acres of land in Farlington, Portsmouth, and grew Peonies, Cornflowers, Arum Lilies, Daffodils and Tulips.

Deliveries were made to local florists and market stalls by horse-drawn cart.

 

As well as our own production, Copseys buy flowers and plants from around the world for sale on our vans and from our Cash and Carry facility in Havant.

 

With over 100 square metres of cold storage facility and chilled delivery vans, we are able to supply florists, flower arrangers and wholesale florist customers with top quality produce in optimum condition.

 

Our sales team have between them over 70 years of experience within all sectors of the flower and plant industry.
